Loss of appetite, indigestion and constipation are common symptoms of G.I. disfunction that Mecolin can readily address. It is a sugar free syrup that is safe for diabetic patients. Ask your doctor regarding the right dosage for your symptoms.

Tricholine Citrate which is a salt of choline is an important lipotropic factor, the deficiency of which leads to fatty infiltration of the liver. Tricholine Citrate in Mecolin is converted into methionine – an important amino acid in the human body. Sorbitol stimulates intestinal peristalsis, duodenal and pancreatic secretions and hence ameliorates dyspeptic symptoms. It also stimulates gall bladder contraction thus facilitating the entry of bile into the duodenum. Mecolin acts as an ideal adjuvant to insulin in brittle diabetes. It smoothens the wide fluctuations of blood glucose levels and reduces insulin requirements. It reduces insulin antagonism by reducing blood levels of non-esterified fatty acids.
