Indication:
NIDDM patients not controlled with monotherapy in obese patients.
Drug Composition:
80 mg Gliclazide and 500 mg Metformin per tablet.
Dosage:
1 tablet B.D.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity; Type 1 Diabetes Mallitus; Severe Renal and hepatic impairment; diabetic coma, diabetic ketoacidosis; cardiac failure.
Precautions:
Hypoglycaemia. May require insulins during metabolic stress.
